    Loved the list of these foods that help to reduce stress. I do eat them all except for the tea…somehow I just cannot ever get the taste for it. My mom and grandmother drank it all the time but not me.

    I cook everything with garlic (Italian decent lol) and love all the rest on this list. Thanks for posting this…no wonder why I usually have a stress-less life.

    I love all of the above-mentioned foods, especially tea. Most of the time I drink tea instead of water as I like its flavor. I don’t usually eat garlic directly, but I do combine it with other ingredients to make dishes as the combination makes a wonderful taste. Hope to see your new posts.
